100 g glass noodles (pick the crispy one for texture)
500 g red cabbage
200 g firm tofu
2 st carrots/
4 msk sesame oil
1 tsk sugar
0.5 tsk salt
0.5 tsk rice vinegar
4 msk soy sauce
2 msk lime juice
1 st thai chili
1 msk peanuts
Cut carrots and red cabbage in small slices and marinate with sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, thai chili, and lime juice
Cut tofu in small bites and fry in a pan until golden brown
Put together the marinated salad, grass noodles (cooked), and tofu. Topped with peanuts (can add spring onions or coriander if wanted)
