250 g firm tofu
200 - 300 g corn flour (for coating the tofu twice)
2 dl soy sauce
1.5 dl sugar
0.5 dl rice vinegar
Make the sauce combining sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar in a pot or sauce pan… stirred at medium-low heat until well mixed. Let it cool to make a sticky texture.
Cut the tofu in cubes… and toss in corn flour to coat
Deep fry in hot oil until crisp… take out of the pan and coat again in corn flour. And fry again until golden
Gently mix the sauce and tofu. Served with cooked rice and sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onions
