2 - 3 st garlic cloves
100 g firm tofu
180 g green bean sprouts
5 - 10 g green onions
3 msk soy sauce
2 msk sugar
1 msk water
1 tsk pepper
Add 1 tablespoon of oil in the hot pan and follow by garlic
Add tofu to cook a little, then add the sprouts
Add soy sauce, sugar, water. When the sprouts are shrinking. Turn off the heat and add spring onion, stir a little to let it shrinks
Serve with cooked jasmine rice 😋
