Vegan pavlova made from only 3-4 ingredients! It’s super easy, fluffy, and tasty. Served with fresh cream and fruits 🍓

1 dl chickpea water/aquafaba
1 dl sugar
0.5 tsk lemon juice
0.5 tsk vanilla extract
1 dl oat whip
100 - 200 g fruits of choice (pomegranate, mango, orange)
Whip the chickpea water until fluff and add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. (This would like 8-15 minutes)
Whip until the texture getting thicker then add lemon juice and vanilla extract… then whip until turned sharp peaks
Transfer to a baking paper and bake at 110 C for 2 hours. Leave the pavlova overnight to dry.
Served with oat whip cream and fresh fruits of choice!
